Monsters on stilts, creepy characters, visions of all kinds. This is the eerie Halloween parade not to miss. Participants gather at South Mill Pond and snake through the downtown streets and into Market Square. Costumed walkers, freaky floats, bicyclists, rollerbladers, unicyclists end up eventually at Vaughn Mall. Popular bands include the Jumbo Circus Peanuts, Trashcan Lid Productions, and the Obroni Drummers. Call for info on the annual pre-party at the VFW Hall.
